All appointments are held at our location (Zwarte Leeuwstraat 85, 2820 Bonheiden), unless otherwise agreed or booked.

For home appointments, there is an additional travel cost. This travel cost is €20 (including VAT) per 15-minute session and will be invoiced after each session. Delays due to traffic are not charged, but may affect the duration of the session. We always do our best to be as fair as possible to everyone.

If the training allows, appointments can be made free of charge at the Zellaer Domain in Bonheiden. Please note this in your appointment notes and communicate this directly to the trainer. Please keep in mind that the trainer in question will also have to travel from our location in Bonheiden. This time (5-10 minutes) is included in your session.

There is no Bancontact system. Payments can be made via the website, bank transfer, or banking app.

Please arrive at the agreed-upon time so training can begin on time. Please arrive well in advance so your dog can relieve itself before the training begins.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep an appointment. This applies to all Big Mouth services. We always offer one free cancellation opportunity; after that, cancellations (and any travel expenses) will be charged.

Purchased lesson packages are non-refundable unless there are valid medical reasons (a veterinarian's report is required). We are happy to discuss extending the validity period.

Due to the wide range of training programs and dog types, Big Mouth Dog Training cannot be held liable for any accidents, loss, or damage of any kind.

Please ensure you bring all necessary equipment (food, toys, leash, etc.) to your appointment.
