Cancellation Policy
This consultation, lasting a maximum of 20 minutes, is completely free of obligation. This consultation is intended to answer your questions and discuss your goals. It gives us the opportunity to see if we're a good fit. If you decide not to start training, or if I decide not to work with you, there will be no charge. This consultation will always be conducted by phone; online consultations are not possible. You can book one consultation per household. So even if there are multiple dogs in the household, there will be one consultation. You can also book an initial consultation without a phone call.
