Service Description
After the initial consultation, you can book your sessions with this service, a one-hour lesson. I recommend the following: - Don't leave too much time between two sessions; a week is ideal. - Book lessons immediately to ensure a (weekly) appointment. If you purchased a lesson package, you can also select this service and select your package under "Payment Method."
Cancellation Policy
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep an appointment. Otherwise, you will still be charged for the appointment. - Purchased packages or lessons are non-refundable, except for urgent medical reasons (a vet/GP report is required). - Please bring: food, a toy, a long leash, and a short leash. If you need other items, please bring them as well. - If lessons are held at home, there will be an additional travel cost. This will be invoiced after each session. The travel cost is €20 (including VAT) per 15-minute session. Traffic delays are not charged, but may affect the duration of the session. We always do our best to be as fair as possible to everyone. - Please arrive at the agreed-upon time so that training can start on time. Arrive a little early so your dog can relieve itself before the training begins. - Big Mouth Dog Training is not responsible for any illness or allergic reaction caused by factors beyond our control. - Due to the wide range of training programs and dog types, Big Mouth Dog Training cannot be held liable for any accidents, loss, or damage of any kind. - The dog must arrive at class wearing a properly fitting collar. If this is not done and the dog escapes, Big Mouth Dog Training is again not responsible for any accidents. - If the owner fails to adequately inform us about the dog's behavior (e.g., aggression) and someone is injured, the owner is fully responsible.
